Who is responsible

Information you choose to provide
The contact page lets you prepare an email using your name, business email, company, industry and a short high-level description. Those entries stay in your browser unless and until you choose to open your email app and send the message. The website does not submit or store the entries.
Please do not include customer or employee records, credentials, confidential files, clinical or privileged records, or sensitive information.
How enquiries are used
If you send an email, ProcessConnect uses its contents to respond, understand your business at a high level and explore whether there may be a fit. ProcessConnect will agree permission before sharing information from an enquiry with a prospective buyer.
Technical services
The hosting service may process and retain technical or security logs, such as IP address, device or browser information, request time and requested pages, to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. Email providers process message content and related metadata when you send an email.
This site uses Google Fonts. Your browser may make requests to Google to retrieve font files, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google.
Analytics, tracking and storage
Visitor analytics are turned off in the project settings. ProcessConnect does not intentionally use marketing analytics, advertising trackers, authentication, a contact database or dataset uploads on this website. This does not prevent the hosting service from processing technical or security logs as described above. The site does not intentionally set marketing cookies.
Sharing and retention
Information sent by email is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, explore fit, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers may process information under their own terms. Information is not shared with a prospective buyer without permission.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry, keep it high level, or contact ProcessConnect to ask about personal information provided by email. Direct privacy requests to alex@processconnect.ai.
